Revitalising Yoga

Come and join this weekly mixed ability yoga class and learn to stretch and breathe.

Classes cover a variety of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation practices to stretch, strengthen and de-stress. Regular classes will help you to find greater fitness, improved mobility and more freedom in your body, as well as restore strength, health and vitality to your body and mind.
